Further to the announcement dated October 29, 2018, Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance (“MUL”) is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares in ENGS Holdings Inc. (“ENGS”), a commercial finance company that provides vendor finance solutions throughout the United States (“U.S.”).

By adding ENGS to the Group, MUL aims to respond to the customers’ investment needs in the U.S. more effectively.
